ServSafe® Allergen Awareness Training

Description

Food allergies are a serious risk in food service. This certification prepares food service employees and managers to identify, manage, and prevent food allergen risks, ensuring safe service to customers with allergies and supporting regulatory compliance.

Format, Duration & Price

• Instructor-led classroom session (approximately 4.5 hours) conducted in English by a Certified ServSafe® Professional

• One-day, in-person training session including a supervised ServSafe® examination

• In-depth study materials available for download in both English and Spanish, updated to reflect the latest FDA Food Code standards

• Digital access to course content, including an 80-question practice assessment prior to attending the class

• Official, printable ServSafe® certification upon successful completion

• On-site, proctored ServSafe® Food Protection Manager certification exam
– Exam languages include English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Canadian French
– For exam languages other than English or Spanish, please contact our office directly
– Exams are administered the same day using a paper-based format; results are typically available online within 10 to 14 days

• Certification is nationally recognized and valid for a period of five (5) years
